These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Currio platform. They are distinct from the Terms of Service, which cover pricing, payment, the right of withdrawal, and account termination. Both documents apply together.
By creating an account or using Currio, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Currio is an online service that uses artificial intelligence to analyze job offers and generate tailored CVs and cover letters based on your profile. Pricing and payment terms are detailed in the Terms of Service.
You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating your account and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. One account is strictly personal and may not be shared.
You agree not to:
Any breach of these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account under Section 8.
You remain the owner of the CVs and cover letters generated from your own data. As detailed in the Legal Notice, this content is produced by artificial intelligence and must be reviewed by you before any use — Currio cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
Currio is provided on a best-effort basis. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control, without this constituting a breach of these Terms. No specific service-level commitment (SLA) is guaranteed.
Currio may suspend or terminate an account, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach, in the event of non-compliance with these Terms of Use — in particular the prohibited uses listed in Section 5. You may also delete your own account at any time from Settings, as described in the Terms of Service.
Currio may update these Terms of Use at any time. In the event of a material change, users will be notified with reasonable notice (e.g. by email or in-app notice). Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at an amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
